What we collect
- Order details: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if given) and the products you bought.
- Payment data is handled by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal and others); we never see or store your full card number.
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Messages you send us.
- Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order (performance of a contract).
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve our ads and website, including with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels, only with your consent where required.
- To send you our newsletter with news and offers, if you sign up (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
Who we share it with
- Shopify, which hosts our store.
- Our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
- Payment providers.
- Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta and Google, based on your cookie choices.
Some of these partners process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, transfers are protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as accounting law requires (in Finland, at least 6 years from the end of the financial year). Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time through your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email info@nestauria.com to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
