1. About us. nestauria.com ("Nestauria") is run by Arvid Ohls, based in Finland. Contact details are in section 11.
2. Using the site. By visiting the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products. We aim to describe and show our products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the real product. All products are for personal use.
4. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in euros, or converted to your local currency where offered. You pay the amount shown at checkout. Shipping is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before shipping if this affects your order.
5. Orders. Your order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud.
6. Shipping. See our Shipping Policy: 3 business days processing, then 6–12 business days delivery depending on location.
7. Returns and right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy: you can return a product within 14 days of delivery, which also covers the EU right of withdrawal.
8. Warranty. Our products come with a 365-day warranty: if a product develops a fault within 365 days of delivery, we replace or refund it. This warranty is in addition to the statutory rights for faulty goods that apply in your country.
9. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
10. Law and disputes. These terms are governed by Finnish law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. If a dispute can't be solved with us, consumers in Finland can contact the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi), and consumers in other EU countries can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net).
