Processing time. Processing takes 3 business days. Your order is then handed to the carrier.
Delivery time. After processing, delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on your location. In total, you can expect your order within 15 business days of purchase.
Tracking. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Shipping from. Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse, so your parcel may arrive from abroad. Returns should never be sent to the sender address on the parcel; use the address in our Refund Policy.
Customs. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of purchase, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, email info@nestauria.com and we'll look into it and resend or refund if the parcel is lost.
Address errors. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change it if you contact us before the order has been dispatched.
